I have always been interested in fitness and exercise. I have a profound respect for all lifters, however, the physique of sports professionals embodies an ideal combination of functional strength and agility that I strive for.

Although I am relatively new to structured training, I have been actively engaged in fitness and training for 15 years. I am certified by NASM and am committed to assisting clients in achieving their goals, fostering self-care through exercise, and increasing their ability to perform daily tasks.

From the Joint to Fitness

My life has taken many wild turns. Although I grew up in a comfortable environment, addiction does not discriminate, and I struggled with that battle for 18 years. This struggle ultimately led me to spend a year in prison, which gave me the time to reflect on my life. During that time, I mapped out the business I wanted to create, the gym I envisioned building, and the innovative technology I wanted my clients to access. After several years of hard work, I finally started this business as my first step toward that goal.

Access to a well-structured fitness program provides former addicts with a positive outlet for stress, releases natural endorphins that help improve their mood, enhances their self-image, and fosters a more positive sense of their bodies. These benefits are in addition to the overall advantages of exercise, such as improved cardiovascular health, increased energy, greater enjoyment in daily activities, a longer life, slowed bone-density loss, and reduced susceptibility to chronic health conditions.
