Joint Fitness Packages
Because Joint Fitness brings the gym to you, we have no overhead, which means we can provide fitness services directly to the client at a lower cost than might be expected.
This is not to undercut other personal trainers or because we are less qualified, but to make fitness more accessible to people who might not otherwise be able to utilize the services of a personal trainer or who might not want a traditional gym experience.

Online Fitness Programs
Ideal If:
- You already have a gym membership and attend regularly.
- You have some experience lifting and are a self-starter
- You have a goal, but do not know how to create a fitness program to achieve it
- We have a program available to achieve that goal
Packages of Sessions
Ideal If:
- You are a beginner to exercise or returning from a long hiatus
- You have a goal, but no idea how to achieve it
- You need coaching on exercise form
- You have a gym membership that you do not use regularly, or you need accountability
- You want a coach to work with you on both exercises and nutrition
Semi-Private Training
Ideal If:
- You need social support for training, or you prefer to train as a team
- You train with a partner, and both of you need a program
- You train a partner, and you both need DIFFERENT programs
- You prefer Crossfit or Circuit style training
- You want to train with another person!

Why is the cost of training so low?
Joint Fitness has a mission of making fitness more accessible.
To achieve this, we had to keep costs low, and there is one easy way to lower costs: Not having a physical location to offer training, and instead, providing training from the clients' houses.
By avoiding the overhead of a building, we can charge a little less and reach more people who might not have access to a traditional trainer.
Where do I purchase a package?
Purchases are made through a Stripe payment link that your trainer will provide when you decide to train with Joint Fitness.
If you follow the link for any of our services, it will take you to an intake form. Fill it out, and the trainer will set up a Strategy Session to discuss goals and health history. Once completed, we discuss specifics on session times and other aspects of the program.
How do we schedule sessions?
We schedule the session times in person after taking on Joint Fitness as your trainer. There is not currently a public calendar to pick days or times from.
Do I need any exercise equipment?
Not at all!
Our trainer will bring everything necessary for the session. If you have equipment already and are okay with the trainer utilizing it, we will incorporate it into your sessions.
How long are the sessions?
Every session is planned as a 45-minute workout. A full hour is booked just in case we run over time. We rarely stack sessions to allow for driving to the next location.
How do the workouts structured?
Workouts are divided as such:
Warm Up & Mobility (7-8 minutes): Generally, dynamic stretching. This can be done before the trainer arrives, allowing for more time to exercise.
Strength Training (30-45 minutes): Bulk of the session. Working either different muscle groups or movement patterns, generally based on the number of sessions per week.
Cool Down & Stretching (7-8 minutes): Slower tempo movement to cool down, as well as static stretching if necessary.
