Mobile Training for Daily Life

Train From Home

Mobile Personal Trainer?

You can train from anywhere with the right equipment. A mobile trainer is simply a trainer that incorporates workouts into your schedule by bringing the gym to you and tries to remove some barriers to exercise that might come with a crowded gym.

There are plenty of reasons why someone might need a trainer to come to them. Some of the common reason are:

  • Lack of Time
  • Untrained/Beginner
  • Lack of Confidence
  • Lack of Exercise Knowledge
  • Lack of Accountability/Support

Whatever the reason, a barrier to exercise is a barrier to being the best version of yourself. Contact Joint Fitness and break through your barriers.

Fitness for the Rest of Us

JointFit: The Mission

I say 'Fitness for the Rest of Us' because most people will have basic, generalized fitness needs. What I mean is, that they are not looking to get massive muscles, or to be the skinniest or fastest.

We want to feel better in our skin.

People want to live longer, be healthier, play with their kids, eat better, improve their mood, cut cardiovascular risk, be more flexible, etc. The list of pros for exercising is long. These are the basic advantages of regular exercise, and a quick search will yield dozens more.

The mission is to provide a bridge for people, who typically would not have the opportunity to work with a trainer, to reach this place. Provide others the tools to take control of their 'fitness future'.
